My name is Jason Williams. I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 17 years. Early on I was interested in body alignment and balance as a track athlete. Much of the training I do is Pilates, corrective exercises, and weight management based. After learn about the fitness and nutrition side of wellness, I felt like there was one aspect missing, meditation. I became a meditation teacher about a year and half ago.
