She enjoys partnering with her clients as they seek sustainable healthy lifestyle changes in a wide variety of health and life balance areas. Karina enjoys the opportunity to blend her background in both tobacco cessation and coaching to assist clients who are pursuing tobacco cessation. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota, and is certified as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist by both Mayo Clinic and the National Association for Alcohol and Drug Counselors. She is in her fourteenth year in the health care field, and helped develop the inpatient tobacco program at Allina Health.

Mona Warner is a warm and joyful educator practicing both Yoga and Ayurveda. She runs the Janati Yoga School in Kingston, Ontario, where she strives to guide others down the path of health, happiness and well-being every day.
She is a Yoga Teacher Trainer (since 2007), a National Ayurvedic Medical Association recognized Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist (AYT), and Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (CAP). She is the author of Ayurvedic Yoga, Ayurveda's Three Pillars of Health, and the Grief and Ayurveda Workbook.
