Description
This is a 10-Class Series, meeting 2 times a week.

All sessions will be recorded. If you cannot attend the live, virtual classes you will be able to view the recordings.

Qigong, pronounced "Chee - Gong" is an ancient Chinese practice that heals the body from the inside out. It strengthens the lung capacity and reduces anxiety and pain.

Tai Chi is a practice that began in China about 900 years after Qigong. The benefits of Tai Chi include increasing flexibility and balance.
Pre-requisites
If you have not practiced Qigong in the past it is very easy to learn and you will be able to jump right in and begin learning.

The Tai Chi sequence we will be working on is the first 18 steps of the Taoist Tai Chi Society. If you are not familiar with this sequence you may still join the class and learn as we practice. The recordings will also help you to review and learn the moves.
Additional Information
Please wear comfortable clothing.

If you are attending the live sessions a webcam is not necessary, however, if you do have a webcam on during class I will be able to see your moves and give you feedback.

About Creator
Hi There! My name is Cindy and I'm the author of the book, "Boost Your Immune System". I'm also a yoga, qigong and flexibility instructor.
