Daily Hatha Yoga classes during the Symposium January 4th - 29th; Monday to Sunday 9:00 to 10: 00 am EST with Hanu Yoga Studio. We will lovingly create unique and inspiring classes that integrate a variety of Yoga traditions. These will keep the flow of energy and health moving in your body and mind. We are Patty Grant and Kirsten Askins. Patty will guide you on MWF and Kirsten on TThS&Sun. We are passionate about bringing our knowledge of Yoga, including good food for your practice & methods of meditation. Make the commitment to yourself and to us and you will shift not only your physical self but transform on more subtle levels. Practice every day or at minimum three days a week. Classes will be recorded for your benefit, but we would love to see you learning live!

Yoga For All is exactly what it sounds like. It doesn't matter if you're just starting or a seasoned yogi, it doesn't matter what size you are, your age, this class is about coming as you are, and using what you have. We will be gentle, we will give options. What do you need? A mat, a wall, a couple of yoga blocks (available at any big box store or online), and a blanket. Have questions, concerns? Message me!

In this sweet, relaxing, all-levels Restorative class, we use the Breath (via the Prana Maya Kosha) to recognize, differentiate, and soothe the experiences of the Body (Anna Maya Kosha). After the Body is cared for, we use the Breath to recognize, differentiate, and soothe the experiences of the Mind (Mano Maya Kosha). By creating a smooth and organized experience of the Breath, the Mind, the Body, and Awareness all appear and are experienced differently and thus deep levels of restoration and Meditation occur. Through this practice, we actively experience the scientific system of Samkhya.
