This 8 class series is designed to reduce stress, increase your range of motion and flexibility. It is for all fitness levels. It is also ideal for those beginning to learn yoga as well as those with limited mobility. Tuesday - Restorative/Yin Yoga Friday - Gentle Yoga Restorative/Yin Yoga This class is designed to reduce stress and anxiety while increasing your flexibility. The postures are passive in nature and done on the floor (seated, lying on your back or stomach). Gentle Yoga This class includes gentle yoga poses that help increase flexibility and your range of motion. Poses will be done either sitting in a chair or on a mat, there will also be some standing poses.
Breathe, Move & Heal! 8 classes are offered in this series. Each class will be different and will focus on breath techniques, mild stretches and learning several qigong movements. This class is excellent for anyone recovering from illness, injury or surgery. It is also an excellent exercise for those looking to obtain optimal health. What is Qigong? It is an ancient Chinese practice that is easy to learn and practice. Some of the benefits of Qigong include reducing stress and anxiety, boosting the immune system, decreasing pain and lowering blood pressure. The practice involves slow movements with long, slow breaths. The breath techniques help to improve lung capacity over time and can reverse respiratory concerns. All classes will be recorded.
This is a free meditation class. Every session is different. These sessions will be ongoing during the required self-isolation period. New or well-seasoned meditators will find an informative session with plenty of time to grasp new skills or stabilize an ongoing practice of meditation. Please join!

Hello and welcome! In this class I will show you how you can use EFT Tapping to achieve your perfect weight! EFT is a wonderful technique that can be used to treat many different issues. Here are some of the things EFT works for: phobias, anger, rage, emotional and physical pain, cravings, self image, self esteem, reducing stress and anxiety, sleeplessness and more! I have eliminated my fear of snakes with EFT! As well as emotional and physical and pain and distress. I am looking forward to seeing you in this class and I know you will love this technique. There are a couple of things you need to understand when it comes to how EFT works and what it is. EFT is a mixture of Chinese acupressure, positive psychology and neuroscience. When we focus on a specific issue with EFT, while tapping, we send out a signal to the emigdola in the brain, which is the fight or flight centre in the brain. When we tap on specific acupressure points, we allow for the energy in our body to flow clear and free. We unblock out energy centres. Meridians are the pathways for the energy that keeps our body alive, we tap on these meridians to balance the body's energy system. I look forward to seeing you soon!
