Overview
In most of my workouts, especially the cardio/HIIT/Plyometrics ones, there will be some jumping. It might be high jump, lateral jumps, power jumps, etc. but the important thing is to land the right way.

Essentially, when you jump and come back down, do these 2 things:
1. Land Toe-Ball-Heel
2. Go down with the flow

You don't want to land and stiffen your legs. You want to god down and bend them a bit. Otherwise, you might get injured. This video shows you the correct way to jump.
