evening of gentle movement and self-care tips. Working on yourself doesn't have to be time-consuming, exhausting or even expensive. Ashley will share her favorite tips and tricks for making
self-care accessible every day. She'll end the evening with a relaxing yoga flow to gently send you into your evening. All yoga experience levels are encouraged to attend. Materials needed
include a journal, yoga mat or towel, and a few pillows and blankets.
