Face Yoga
Every Friday in August!
Each class will each cover the three zones of the face for full face sequence.
We begin with a warm up, cool down, breath work, face yoga, and short meditation.
This is open to anyone. No experience needed.
Benefits of face yoga include:
stress reduction
increased mind-body awareness
less headaches
reduction of dark circles and puffiness around eyes
more symmetrical face
higher, sculpted cheeks
less droopy eyelids
and much more!
